Pre-order period: 25.03.24-31.05.24

This agreement governs your pre-order of products offered by TMS.SITE Limited. By placing a pre-order for ULTRALIGHT 4.0 Pants, customers agree to be bound by these terms.

Pre-Order Process:

• Customers can pre-order ULTRALIGHT 4.0 Pants from the official TMS.SITE website. Information regarding pre-order availability, pricing, and estimated delivery will be provided to you during the pre-order process.

Payment:

• Payment for pre-orders is required in full at the time of placing the order. Customers understand and agree that pre-order payment is collected in advance to secure the sale. 
• The purchase price does not include import duties, taxes, transfer fees, and other governmental charges.

Production Status

• We will provide frequent updates regarding the progress of production and delivery to customers.
• Updates will be provided via the TMS.SITE website, the TMS.SITE Instagram account, and emails from the mailing list.

Delivery Schedule

• Customers can expect their delivery to arrive within approximately 8-10 weeks from the end of the pre-order period.   
• Please note that the delivery date is subject to potential delays from unforeseen circumstances, such as manufacturing, supply chain, customs-related issues, etc.

Color and Sizing Changes:

• Customers may make adjustments to the color and size of the product up until the end of the pre-order period.

Refunds and Late Cancellation:

• Customers may opt to cancel their pre-order up until the end of the pre-order period.
• In the event of a cancellation initiated by customers, a bank transfer fee of 5% will be deducted from the total refund amount.
• Cancellations will not be accepted once the pre-order period has elapsed.
• Customers who submit late cancellations are eligible to receive a TMS.SITE voucher for the full refund amount. The voucher can be utilized for purchases on the online store. 
• TMS.SITE reserves the right to make final decisions regarding refunds and late cancellations.

Product Changes and Substitutions:

• TMS.SITE reserves the right to make modifications to product specifications, designs, or features prior to shipping, without providing prior notice.
• The final product's appearance may vary from the displayed picture.
