a. Uncustomized: Products that have not been customized with your initials are eligible for refunds or exchanges.

b. Original Condition: The item must be in its original condition. We understand that you have to try it on to know if you want to keep it and we trust that you can maintain the original condition of the item in so doing.

c. Tags and Packaging: The original tags and packaging must be intact and included with the returned item.

d. During Sales, No Refund or Exchange could be made.

Return Process: To initiate a return, kindly send us an email at tms@tms.site. Please note that you are responsible for all costs associated with returning the products. All refunds will be applied to the original form of payment.

Evaluation and Discretion: Upon receipt, our exchange department will assess the condition of the returned items. The decision regarding their eligibility for a refund or exchange will be at their discretion. The items must be in a saleable condition to qualify.

Non-Compliant Returns: Returns that do not comply with our return policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.

How do I start a return?

  3. Important Note on Returns: We must emphasize that returns sent without our prior knowledge will regrettably be refused. Therefore, it is crucial to communicate with us beforehand to ensure a successful return.
  4. Ensuring Security: For added security and peace of mind, we strongly recommend insuring all packages with a tracking number or purchasing shipping insurance. This measure will safeguard your return shipment. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for returned orders that we do not receive, and as a result, we cannot issue refunds for such items.
  5. Refund Process: All refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of return. The refunded amount will be applied to the original form of payment, excluding any incurred shipping costs.
