What happens if I reject the shipment?

  2. Returning Shipping Fees: Additionally, returning shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
  3. Handling Fee: A handling fee of HKD$150 will also be deducted from the refund.
  4. Expenses and Penalties: Any expenses and penalties resulting from non-compliance will be subtracted from the refund amount.

To provide you with an example calculation, let's consider a scenario where the total payment is HKD$1,100 (HKD$1,000 for the item and HKD$100 for shipping). In this case, assuming a return shipping fee of $150, a custom penalty of $120, and a handling fee of $150, the calculation would be as follows: $1,100 - $100 - $150 - $120 - $150 = $580.
